FMT is a small company that is fun and flexible. They have great benefits, including vacation, sick, health benefits (medical, dental, vision, chiro, disability and life). Outside the city so commuting by car is the only real transit option. Small staff means sometimes you are asked to take on more than your normal workload, which can be overwhelming if that isn’t the environment you thrive in.
