FORCE continually strives to improve in many ways. Many past employees have said things, rightfully so, that no longer apply. The current culture here is aimed at collaboration and team-based approach to solving issues. Yes, there are always personality differences, but FORCE, as a company, has done a lot to change the culture to a very positive one, and more importantly really cares about keeping it that way. The main reason I've been here so long is that they (Management) are open to new ideas and ways of doing things. Many great people are working here now.
