It's take to long to build a pipe line. We were told 3 months originally but its really more like 6-7 months. We are in sales but 6-7 months is a long time when you have bills and commission is the bread and butter!!The commission structure is not good at all especially comparing it to previous sales jobs. You will not comprehend the commission structure until you start making sales and then thats when you realize you need to make a ton of sales to have a good commission check. It took forever to get a corporate trainer when they told us we will have one fairly soon when getting hired. No real upward mobility with the company.
