Your supervisors will ask you to do unlawful and unethical things , and then isolate you for reporting it . It’s a “high school” dynamic and the corporate/ uppers are the “cool” kids and you are the kid who gets bullied for doing the right things.
I was sorely underpaid, unappreciated , and over worked. My Workload was a lot of other people (supervisors ) work assignments pawned off to me but expected to meet their deadlines only for them to put their name on it. Despite the MULTIPLE occasions to address issues - illegal and or unethical to my direct supervisor-
Or up the chain of command I was left with no resolutions not
Even the grievances filed. I was left with no other option but to step down after almost 2 years. And took a job with a pay cut …. That’s how terrible these people working in the company are. It is a disappointment “HEART” motto is a SHAM!
