EVERYTHING!!! 0 work life balance, lunch interruptions, micromanagement from PM's that don't know what they are doing. Rude people in the corporate office, Rude PM's period!! Flooding of emails that make you miss important emails. Vendors being let go because they only want to use specific vendors who I am quite sure they get a kick back from. They took on a portfolio of 66 properties that they were not prepared to handle and instead of owning up to it they rather just let some of the smartest employees walk away. Did I mention the flood of unnecessary emails!!! Not to mention the constant prayer request from the cult leader himself. They wanted everyone they acquired to quit so they can bring in their own yes master people. Instead of worrying about so many Resident events and feedback from residents hoping to find something wrong with the current onsite staff, why don't you figure out a descent training way to properly train your employees the "FPI" way. Also stop setting up training in the middle of the lunch hour!
