They make promises they don’t keep and then turn around and give you metrics to “earn” the promise they made you. You will have no work/life balance and are always expected to be available even when you are using PTO. Unprofessional environment where leadership goes out of their way to be petty or make the job harder for people who have put in their notice to leave. The pay for the amount of work done is not worth it and the pay scales for different positions is so far off.
