Stay away!!!!! - Recensione dipendente - REA presso FSA

The company is horrible. They do not care about their employees. Pay is horrible and there are no accommodations that they are willing to make. The job descriptions (as advertised) are not what you will be actually doing. They promised us (in writing, effective January 2020) that we would get a raise, we still have not received that raise to date. They received a million dollar contract renewal and they still have not given us any increases. They have high and constant turnovers, they are not honest in their dealings and never give direct answers. The Supervisors/Managers care nothing about you, hardly respond, and give you attitude if you ask any questions (esp. a "why" question). I am not a bitter employee and not trying to stir up problems, I honestly wish I had done my research on this company prior to applying. Please find somewhere else! You will feel like you have sold your soul to the devil if you work here....seriously stay away!
