      An accommodating and understanding employer, very family orientated and focused. They recognise and reward results without you having to ask for it. It's a fast paced, fun and friendly work environment with a great atmosphere.

      The hours are long but that's not a big thing as they're prepared to flex so you still have a work life balance.

      If you're a working mom, there is no flexibility, understanding or support. Alot of the IT infrastructure was outdated and not working so didn't have the resources to do the job
