Very good team work, and good management team.

Need additional staffing to meet and exceed patient demands.

Flexible schedule, great on site rehab/treatment equipment available and easily attainable if needed, great rehab team, good patient population, effective restorative maintenance program

Poor communication between IDT members, nursing understaffed which affects patient care, stay and rehab potential, productivity demands unrealistic at times, patient's kept on rehab caseload way longer than they should be or picked up for reasons not necessarily justifiable just to make $$, department heads fixed on bringing in money more than patient care itself, little is done about formal complaints on neglect/abuse/fraud. Their solution to solving these unethical dilemmas is to just move the party responsible to a different unit/floor and/or changing their schedule so that the party that initially reported these concerns has little or no face-to-face contact, poor carryover of education/training with nursing staff, unprofessional/inappropriate conduct and bedside manner
