The pay is stuck in the 1990's but you can practicly do what you want because there's no real oversight from managment about what you do as a individual. All that matters is that the group in which you belong does well or they cut people at random, less popular people first. Even if they work the hardest.

Managment is so self centered... They constantly send general mails arround to tell everbody about how hard they work and how great they are. They are the "leaders" and not a day goes by that they won't post something about themselves on the intranet. To bad they never mention anything about the people who do the work without leadership. They don't matter and they actually do nothing. Since new managment took over, the company fell asleep. I hope they don't destroy the company. The company grew thanks to teamwork and not by a few leaders who take all the credits but avoid the work. If fabory was a company that made money by making powerpoint presentations filled with BS, it would be the richest company on the planet.
