I worked for Fabory for over 11 years, the last year they decided that my department was not needed anymore and instead of telling me, they made my life a living nightmare trying to bully me out. Every 2 weeks my boss said: "you aren't needed anymore man, why don't you leave and keep the honor to yourself?" They did that because after 11 years they need to pay a severance pay and they have financial problems since I worked there and didn't wanted to pay me. The bullying went on so long and was so intensive that I nearly had a nervous breakdown. I was dying inside. All the years before I was a hero in the company, everything I did was great and I had the respect from a lot of collegues in sales. It used to be a great company but for the last 4 to 5 years, a new boss rose to the top who acts as a serious sociopath. Now I've got a new job and man... I'm a reborn person, I now work in a company where everybody talks to each other like a normal person, management is very respectfull and that offers normal wages that are 1/3 higher then at Fabory.
