Really enjoyed my internship with Fabscrap, cool location in Brooklyn army terminal also. And there are company cats!

Executive management neglects the interns a bit

They do give you a $100 stipend to cover travel, and you get to take home lots of free fabric. It's perfect for those with an interest in fashion, merchandising, and sustainability.

They do have you working a full job and do not pay you for your hours worked or offer you housing. Also, I applied for many positions at the company after I left the internship and was only interviewed for one. So, the opportunity to work there further is limited after you leave.
