Svantaggi
This place is a masterclass in how to use pretty branding to hide a toxic, manipulative work culture. You walk in feeling lucky to be chosen. You walk out emotionally bruised and legally muzzled. Before you even finish training, they hand you a contract designed to scare and control you. It’s full of vague language about non-competes, intellectual property, and loyalty to the brand. Some of it’s likely unenforceable, but that’s not the point — the point is intimidation. They want you to feel trapped. And most estheticians sign it because we’re excited, hopeful, or broke. They’ll tell you it’s “standard,” but no normal spa binds you that tightly for giving facials. It’s overreaching and unethical. And once you’re in, they’ll refer to that contract every time you question anything. It’s a leash disguised as professionalism. Extremely restrictive contract that locks you in and scares you into silence • No cash tips allowed — in the service industry. In Atlanta. Insane. • Fake “high standards” used to justify micromanagement and emotional control • You’re disposable. Fired with no notice, no real cause — just “not aligned” • No creative freedom. Everything is scripted. You’re a robot with a license. • Toxic positivity. Real human emotions are treated like defects • You’ll doubt yourself daily. It’s manipulative, controlling, and cold • They hide behind wellness lingo to justify power plays • No clear HR structure — just “vibe-based” coaching and terminations • You can’t speak up or ask for fairness without being labeled a problem Before you even finish training, they hand you a contract designed to scare and control you. They have no real HR, but they act like they do. You’ll get “coached” behind closed doors for tone, posture, even facial expressions. But nothing is documented transparently. No write-ups. No structure. Just emotional surveillance and random firings. And if you get pushed out, that contract makes you second-guess talking about it publicly or taking clients elsewhere.
