Our business attracts many individuals due to the unlimited earnings potential but it is also challenging for individuals new to this business who are required to learn new skills and work hard to be successful. Our Open Door practice encourages open, direct and personal communication and we want to hear from our employees if they have concerns. If employees don’t feel comfortable speaking to their manager, they are encouraged to speak to Human Resources.
