Basic perks, like other companies, good HR policy

1 big stakeholder, all they want goes, no direct employee recognition, some incompetent high management

- Very good and transperent pay structure. - Salaries are competitive. - Good learning curve if you willing to learn . - Needs to work as individual contributor on most of projects. - HR and admin policies are employee centric. - Owners vision and atitude towards employee is very much positive. And always cares for peoples. - Managers are co-perative. - Very good Work-life balance

- On Technical and operations side, no more to say. - About marketing: Projects are always in pipeline. Looks like pipeline is very long and projet never comes out from pipeline.
