Nurses are forced to hurry patient care, sacrificing quality. No chance for advancement. Increased workloads regularly without incentive to perform. Poor communication throughout the organization. Poor training for new employees. Low morale. Mediocre benefits. Constant staffing problems. Top heavy. Management and administration outnumber patient care staff.
