      Brand has potential and well positioned in market and people trust the smoke and mirrors.

      Profit comes first, they don’t care about anything else and our simply greenwashing, the people (employees) come last. Just look at the staff turnover from the last 5 years, I believe since the last CEO left and the family got more involved. Don’t dare to disagree with them or you are out, complete dictatorship. It undermines B-corp that companies like this can pass.

      Decent brand. Reasonably flexible working policy.

      Svantaggi

      Very badly run. Misleading to customers. Lead with putting nature first but it's just a marketing spin. Had high growth through good management but then sacked most of them and became loss making very quickly.
