The higher ups only care about money and their benefit Very quick to fire employees You help them out they don't return the favor Managers talk down to you Operation managers are not the best They hire ANYONE if your breathing and have a EMT card you will get hired. The quality of employees has dropped substantially. Ambulances are horrible (unless you get a new one)
