I worked as a phone salesman at their Aarhus office for a few month. One of the pros was the salary. It was with a flat monthly salary and the chances to earn up to 30% of your sales without an upper limit. The way they handle their sales is great, they don't want to give their costumers a bad experience since it's a pretty big company with a great reputation.
