-There is favoritism based on race at this company, not two ways about it. -The company will be sold in the next two years. The CEO moved to Texas to avoid the taxes on the transaction. He says it's easier for him to get to the SF and NYC offices being in the middle of the country. That's not why CEO/founders move to Texas when all their employees are on one coast or the other. -Incredibly high amount of turnover.
