I love the culture and I really trust this company. Training conducted by 20k -50k/mo producers so the training is relevent to what is happening now. Top compensation, I never had the opportunity to earn as much as I have with this company. The management training program is exciting and has changed my life. Thank you FFL, I look forward to working with the company for many years to come.

I just wished I had trusted the training sooner than I did. I would have been alot further along in the process.\, and in my earnings ability. No benefits, but for the first time in the industry I am able to afford them myself.
