Family First Life offers multiple online training and educational opportunities. The culture promotes company wide engagement. I researched several IMOs prior to joining and FFL checked most of the boxes I considered somewhat important; good comp, no contract, no productivity requirement (you get back what you put into it), and quality and affordable lead availability, just to name a few. As in any other business, your management team/upline will to a great degree influence your success initially. I’m fortunate in that I’m associated with someone in my upline who genuinely cares about my success and is responsive and experienced enough to offer quality guidance to resolve any questions I may have. It doesn’t hurt that he is one of the top if not thee top producer in the company. His mentorship is priceless. My suggestion is to do your due diligence when interviewing and speaking with other agents/recruiters and carefully consider who you want to align yourself with.
