Must pay 100.00 monthly for their CRM and buy expensive leads which aren't exclusively yours you gain access to a "pot" shared so you and another agent have bought same leads. They promise 5 to 6 hot call me now leads dropped into your que weekly but you must hit very high quotas to qualify. The likelihood of making money is very low if you don't sell the answer is you gotta buy really old leads 1 to 2 yrs old They push the envelope on what's right and legal
