      - Program managers are appreciative of staff and prioritize positive feedback - Relationships with the kids and seeing their progress is very meaningful - PMs are supportive and available when we need help - Guaranteed hours

      - Not enough PTO for the amount of sickness that goes around - Sometimes uncleanly working conditions (client homes) - Unfair PTO policy for dangerous driving conditions

      I like the atmosphere of working with children and getting to make a difference in children’s lives. Plus all of the staff is very welcoming. One more thing I like is the flexibility with when sessions get cancelled, or if we have bad weather.

      The benefits are definitely the number one con for me. That and the amount of driving we have to do and not being able to receive more reimbursement for wear and tear to our cars.
