      Being "Famous", working in a great team environment, fun atmosphere. There were multiple contests and incentives for prizes like Bruins and Celtic tickets, gift cards, and cash! Online scheduling for easy shift trading.

      Svantaggi

      Minimum wage for servers, not many full time positions or positions with benefits. As with any restaurant, when its slow.. you don’t make money (but when its good, its GREAT)

      Flexible hours, evenings and weekends to work around f/t day job, variety, fairly easy. Earn tips. Not as much as a server, but helpful considering the wage.

      One of the managers in particular has a fragile ego/insecurities and tends to go on power trips. He takes out his mood on employees. There are also favorites, and if you are not one of them he does not treat you well. Yelling, condescension, snide comments, etc. Some employees have worked there for MANY years and still make the same wage they did when they were hired. Experience, leadership & training needs to be recognized and rewarded.
