The new CEO even though has increased the stock prices drastically, every one is looking over there shoulder. He has let go the majors of the the Dave's family that built the company to what it is today. He even went as far as to tell the founder Dave Anderson when he would not adhere to the new dress code to take some time off and not come back to office. Which has not been made public, only a inter departmental email to all the stores He is changing the culture of the entire company. He wants to go to a conveyor belt system to cook the food which will cost jobs. He has played with the idea transfering existing stores from full service to fast casuel.... And a lot of other changes that I can't think of at the moment...
