Great food. Corporate Brand solid and definable. Great salary range. Corporate support and availability outstanding. Dedication to Dave's original quality is pretty much intact.

Svantaggi

Due diligence in franchising and site location needs revisited. Actual franchise store supervision by corporate missing teeth. Franchisee stores seem to be hurting the overall brand.

Flexible hours, evenings and weekends to work around f/t day job, variety, fairly easy. Earn tips. Not as much as a server, but helpful considering the wage.

One of the managers in particular has a fragile ego/insecurities and tends to go on power trips. He takes out his mood on employees. There are also favorites, and if you are not one of them he does not treat you well. Yelling, condescension, snide comments, etc. Some employees have worked there for MANY years and still make the same wage they did when they were hired. Experience, leadership & training needs to be recognized and rewarded.
