      Seemed like a family orientated, friendly place to work at "first".

      They do not follow their own fundamentals, yet preach it like they do. They allow work place harassment and discrimination. If you can't take it, they fire you. Saw it happen to others as well. Avoid them at all costs. They are a two faced company. One of the worst I have worked for yet.

      Lack of investment in the proper resources to manage daily operations well. Begged for resources to help build the operation and was just told we wont get it, so be ok with it.
