Pay is pitiful, I have keys to the building but only get paid a dollar more than the high schooler who makes minimum wage. They promised to give everyone a pay raise on their anniversary date, no one in my store has seen a single cent extra.
Started as a full time employee, the company decided to change my job title company wide and I got put to part time. Once you are in the company you are stuck in that job title, there is no chance for advancement, management would much rather higher from outside the company over giving promotions.
