We take all feedback positively and welcome opportunities to help drive our business in the right direction and improve our employee experience. To address some of your concerns regarding the makeup of our leadership team in our Sydney office. At present, our leadership team is 60% female including our Regional General Manager and we pride ourselves in allowing everyone the opportunity to grow within the organisation, something we are pleased to see. To provide some clarity surrounding the remuneration package, this is calculated based on the analysis provided to us by Mercer, a market leader in remuneration analysis using similar industry averages. We then provide employees with an opportunity to earn an uncapped commission on top of the base salary to make up the overall remuneration package. Furthermore, we have been listening to what both our current employees and former employees have been saying over the past year and taking those concerns on board. We have made a concerted effort to implement initiatives to increase employee engagement, improve our office culture and the overall employee experience.
