Great team, great management, great all around.

Had a bad director and some board members a while back, but that's all been resolved now.

Wonderful staff that really do feel like family. Management is available and involved with daily operations which makes staff comfortable in approaching them for help or advice.

a few staff who have been at the library for a long time are allowed to operate on their own agenda and often don't follow policy/procedure correctly which makes it more difficult for those who do and confusing for patrons. pay discrepancy between staff but little to no discrepancy in workload or expectations.
