Svantaggi

Lack of effective training, learn on the job. Have to buy/have your own tools. Rushed to do jobs quickly not correctly (Who needs torque specs). Management and work plans are terrible. No customer service. Rather outsource work than train employees.

The drive and support from senior management makes me feel confident in my role and clear on my goals. I feel valued as a member of the team and not just an employee.

At peak seasonal times the workload can outweigh the resource available, good problem to have right!
