Some staff may prefer a more structured environment, it terms of hierarchy, while others appreciate the ability to take initiative and self-manage. This may create confusion at times.

Farr Associates will give you a chance to work with cutting edge sustainable practices and tools, and some of their staff are highly experienced - a great opportunity for entry or mid-level design professionals.

Communication is not always clear or even existent; "ships passing in the night" kind of environment. It is a demanding work environment (as most consulting firms are) so if you can't handle it, it won't be an enjoyable experience.
