This company is awful to work for. It's full of bullying. They spend more time "re investing" commission YOU earn which means your pay packet is always low. We have been asked to leave fake reviews and testimonials about how much we enjoy working for the company. A high staff turn over means they are always hiring so if you need a job for a few months then maybe it's worth it to pay the bills. We receive more emails from management than from customers, our job comprises of selling over priced products to customers who don't want or need them. It's a cross between a call centre and a door to door sales company. In winter they send you crampons so.you can go door knocking on the snow (you will have to do door to door sales, no escaping it)
