Great pay, great benefits, opportunity to experience living in different places. Compared to most other companies, Fast tries to take good care of you.

Poor management depending on site, bad work culture depending on site, overtime expectation can be way too high depending on site.
The work is dull but not overbearing at my site, pay is acceptable and the job seems stable despite the overall trend in the tech sector.

Upper management cut salary increases by two thirds and bonuses by half with no forewarning and no explanation. There is little to no incentive to work hard for this company as it is not adequately encouraged.
