It was fast paced environment and management was helpful to new technicians. Opportunity to learn a lot and expand your tech skills. Customer service oriented.

Quality of work environment declined as the company expanded. It was difficult to handle the work load and managers began taking out their stress on technicians. Lots of unprofessional behavior. Sales floor resembled a boiler room.

Good Coworkers. Good pay if your very good at selling. A somewhat chill environment, The building is at a nice location.

There are too many cons. Unfortunately, they allow employees to smoke inside of the building. You cannot go to the bathroom unless you have a key, its basically turn based. Cubicles feel extremely cramped!! No part time positions are availible. Some shifts Require you to work 8 hour shifts straight, and if you are on break you kinda have to be working at the same time. Don't believe them if they say you're going to be paid 10 an hour. I guarantee most likely you will receive a minimum wage. The managers do such a poor job of coaching that its laughable. Worst i've ever seen at the manager position. The managers are awful they will walk around constantly, and you will feel their presence at your shoulders, the worst part is they do not help period. There is an extremely high turnover ratio. People generally quit or get fired within the first month. Its so bad that they will pay you to refer someone to work there for $50. they are desperate to hire just about anyone!
