There is room to GROW, and they welcome all and any ideas you may have to improve the business. The hours are AMAZING and not to mention all the HOLIDAY's you have off with pay after 90 days of course. We don't work WEEKENDS, and the office is very clean, up to date, and they have the BEST COFFEE/HOT CHOCOLATE MACHINE. FANTASTIC LEADERSHIP TEAM!!! ALWAYS WILLING TO ASSIST, NO MATTER WHAT DEPT YOU WORK IN. THE HOURLY PAY FOR SALES IS GREAT PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS.
