Management were control freaks, didnt like any one with an opinion and just man managed those people out who stood up for themselves. If management had an issue it was a pack mentality where it was you against them all in a room. Tried to bring in disciplinary wage reductions but didnt like it when told it was actually against th law to d that whether it was written in your contract or not. but of course they were right and Acas were wrong in their opinion
