The only pro's I can think of are having the weekends off.

They make false promises and do nothing to help a shop be better. After 9 months of mentioning the same issues we're having they've completely shut out the shop, and have done nothing to take care of their employees. We also have parts suppliers putting us on hold because they don't pay their bills on time. They also promise overtime in every single job listing, however they've cut the max hours a hourly employee can have at 35. I wouldn't recommend working for this company, hopefully they sell it.

Hybrid office work schedule (T, W, Th) quality health benefit options including dental and vision, PTO in first year with an increase in year two, paid holidays, 100% vested retirement options of 401K and or Roth and some really talented people to work with in the office and the stores!

Being new, several processes in development as well as with store technology and geography having presented challenges.

Do not work here. They are constantly having to get new investors to pay their old investors, won't pay their bills or vendor accounts so you can't get parts in a timely manner. The CEO is deranged and will slowly start using abusive tones and language until you're a shell of a person you were before. Ask the managing partner at Kennedy tire and auto how he feels health wise. They perform illegal employment practices and gaslight you into believing they actually care.

Worst company and CEO I've ever worked for. Ned Aguilar shouldn't be dealing with employees. We can all see through the fake facade and see you coming with a new investors every week. This business will fail if you don't silence your CEO. Get him away from the employees.
