Terrible pay, no support, company is too focused on stock price and margin to care about anything else. Overwork their employees with no raises and frequent changes to pay scale and commission payments. They seem to change the pay scale to boost the company's bottom line. I worked for them for 4 years and was a am anger for 3 of them. I finally got fed up with the extreme lack of support from upper management and the constant call for better margin and more sales, but they only took assets away from the store instead of bulking them up because we were not profitable enough. The company sets pricing for the big aacounts and then they turn around and take commission away from employees for low margin even though they set the pricing, not the branch.
