Company Review - Recensione dipendente - Financial Analyst presso Faurecia

Workload and long hours are leading to burnout and I have only been with Faurecia a year. The communication being passed down from upper management is no where to be seen. The reporting requested on a monthly basis is frankly outrageous and could be minimized with new reporting tools instead of Manual procedures. We are just trying to stay afloat and keep our heads above water but the company seems to realize this, but doesn’t act on anything to take care of their employees. I truly would recommend this industry or Faurecia
