      1.Dirty politics 2.Poor increment 3.Most of the teams doesn't have work.Also learning is very limited.Some of the onsite co ordinators are behaving like don and hampering learning. 4.Salary review moved to June instead of April 5.Teams leads are selected based on who puts more bucket rather than their capacity
