Semi regular pay raises, however the step program was constantly restructured for raises and sometimes we only got percentages of the raise and not the full step. UPS makes more per hour.

you do not make as much as UPS with a similar job, you never know how many stops you have, you have to contribute to the sort, you usually have to load your own truck.
