Vantaggi
People you work most with are all pretty great, from fellow unloaders and direct line managers. Is definitely a work out if thays what you're looking for Pretty flexible hours
Svantaggi
The better you are at your work, the more you'll get rewarded by having to do other people's jobs as well The top has ha no clue what they are doing. They cut hours because there is "not enough work", but then when it's 4 of you and you're literally drowning in a pile of boxes like it is every day they judt want you to break your body to manage the work. Expect the biggest rate of turnover and employees who just stop showing up that you'll ever see. You'll be guilt-tripped to stay late regularly, but the moment they are actually looking good they'll cut you hours before your shift end with no questions asked and no regard for the money you expect to make. They'll pretty much rush you out the door and make you clock out in the timeclock of their choice to save every penny they can off of you. While most of the managers are cool, there a couple of rude people in leadership roles that make you actually work less as hard because they don't know how to articulate themselves to respectfully to their crew. Read all fine print before applying. Sign on bonus is only for people who work 40 hours and they will try to only give you say $500 whe you actually saw an ad that said $2k (similar to amazon). Also the $20/hr rate only kicks in after 10pm, so its not as advertised. Pretty deceptive.
