They say they are a people first company. They just force people to change stores. No warning. One day you are working at one location the next you are accrost town with a bran new team. You would think a company would as you if you wished to change locations. When it is first brought up its all about how great of an idea it is to uproot people and disrupt their lives for the good of the company! A great place to work has not been my experience. Ask for what you think you are worth before you are hired. Raises given don't keep up with inflation. Little mistakes are very serious. Some mistakes by the delivery companies are taken out on the Office employees. Too much to learn for the average job. I can keep going but I think you get the flavor of this review.
