Pay is abysmally low compared to the complexity and pace of the work required. FedEx Office as a company is in the middle of a wage crisis. Hard workers are leaving left and right to go flip burgers for ENTIRE DOLLARS PER HOUR RAISES vs the workload you will face at FedEx Office. Upper management will email the company boasting about "RECORD PROFITS THIS YEAR" but anytime you ask for a pay increase they will complain about "not being able to afford giving everyone a raise." So WHICH IS IT? (We all know the company can afford to pay everyone better, it's called CORPORATE GREED). I kid you not I saw Kady's Car Wash attendants getting hired on at $17 an hour in the nearby neighborhood and almost everyone on my team was barely making over $13.50 an hour. There is NO opportunity for growth unless you are best friends with upper management/district/regional management.
