They have no regard for people at all levels. They demand unrealistic workloads to the point that people have to work 12-14 hours per day and 7 days per week just to try to minimize abuse for not getting it all complete (the management style abroad for getting the most out of people). They focus exclusively on impressing investors as well as profitable growth with no support or vision of getting the desired improvements and they'll make drastic cuts of any kind to force bottom line improvements.
