Good Company but needs to be revamped at-least the IT - Recensione dipendente - Administrator presso Federal-Mogul

OLD systems, running multiple flavors and Landscapes of SAP. Supported 10+ SAP Landscapes from Windows to Linux to AIX. Had so many 20+ hours of working day. Job was never appriciated by the upper management. Kept loosing Good people, bad ones are still hanging around. Loosing almost 2-5 IT folks a month, gladly there is a new CEO. Hopefully he will turn it around, heard that it was a good company but became horrible in the last 5 years. IT department needs to be looked at, right from Top to the Manager level, lots of in-compitent and Yes Sir kind of people in the team. Company pays more respect to Consultants than it's own employee.
