      Friendly coworkers for the most part. High level serving staff with a few exceptions

      Management often incompetent. Have a way to lead by fear which leads to constant employee turnover. Management is too strict of minute things, often and want to feel a powertrip.

      The busy seasons are busy. Football season is fine, Arts Fest in the summertime is fine.

      The summer is a ghost town and we are heavily overstaffed with servers. College students during the school year aren't bringing as much business as you'd think--they do not have money.
