Good team, system easy to use, good work-life balance

Minimal training, felt constantly watched - manager standing over you as you made calls, unnecessary tasks added e.g. recording all customers/calls on a spreadsheet (despite the system already recording details) which was never looked at.

- Decent salary - Situated in Highgate with a nice park opposite

- As a small company, the office is ran by one person who doesn't care about staff or their wellbeing, often speaking down and swearing at staff. It wasn't uncommon to be asked to fulfill responsibilities outside of your job description, without any increments in pay, nor overtime.

Friendly and supportive, welcoming atmosphere, small company so everyone knows each other (even the senior members of staff), the director often brings his very cute dog in to the office, social events, probably opportunities to progress within the company if you work hard
